1 Overview

Sorcery Price Tracker ("the Extension") is a Chrome browser extension that displays TCGPlayer market prices for Sorcery: Contested Realm cards on Curiosa.io deck and collection pages.

This Privacy Policy describes what data the Extension accesses, how it is used, and how it is stored. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our practices.

2 Data We Access

The Extension reads and processes the following data solely to provide its core functionality:

3 Data Storage

All data stored by the Extension is saved exclusively in Chrome's local extension storage on your own device using the chrome.storage.local API. This data:

— Never leaves your device
— Is never transmitted to any server operated by this Extension
— Is never shared with any third party
— Can be cleared at any time by removing the Extension

4 Third-Party Services

The Extension interacts with the following third-party websites, solely at your direction when you visit them in your browser:

Service Interaction
TCGPlayer.com Price data is read from pages you actively visit. No additional requests are made to TCGPlayer beyond normal page loads.
Curiosa.io The Extension reads deck and collection data from pages you actively visit, and makes requests to Curiosa's own API on your behalf to resolve card set information.
api.sorcerytcg.com A public API used to fetch canonical card names for name normalization. No personal data is sent.

The Extension has no affiliation with TCGPlayer, Curiosa, or Sorcery: Contested Realm. These are independent services subject to their own privacy policies.

5 Data We Do Not Collect

To be explicitly clear, the Extension does not collect, transmit, or have access to:

— Your name, email address, or any account credentials
— Your browsing history outside of the specific pages it operates on
— Your Curiosa account information or login status
— Your TCGPlayer account information
— Any analytics, telemetry, or usage data
— IP addresses or device identifiers
— Any form of personally identifiable information

6 Permissions Used

The Extension requests the following Chrome permissions, each used solely for the stated purpose:

Permission Reason
storage Saves scraped price data locally on your device so prices persist between browser sessions.
scripting Injects price badges into Curiosa.io pages to display prices next to card names.
alarms Schedules a periodic refresh of canonical card names from the public Sorcery TCG API.

7 Changes to This Policy

If this Privacy Policy is updated, the new version will be published at this URL with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Extension after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

We do not anticipate changes that would introduce data collection — any such change would be communicated clearly.
